The fan within my Hafele oven remains on even after turning my oven off?

This is completely normal with most modern ovens. There is a cooling fan which is designed to circulate the warm air within the oven and door, which will remain on after the oven is switched off. This process cools the oven to a safe temperature and will stop once the oven has cooled to its preset temperature.

Should the cooling fan remain on for longer than one hour after the oven is switched off, please contact our Customer Care team on 1300 11 4357 for further advice.
