The oven works but the inner light does not turn on?

If the other functions of the oven are working properly, the inner light globe may not be installed correctly or the globe may have blown.

First, unscrew and re-thread the bulb making sure it is snug. If it still does not light up, the bulb may have blown and should be replaced with a similar one. Light globes are not covered under warranty and are readily available from your local hardware store.

You can find the information about the power and type of cap that your oven uses specifically in the instruction manual that is included with the product.

If you don’t know where your manual is, you can search the manual here.

If the problem persists, please contact our Technical service team so that we can help you.
