The oven door is locked and does not open. How do I unlock it?

When the oven door is locked closed, it is usually due to accidental cancellation of the Pyrolysis cleaning cycled before it has finished.

To unlock the door, please refer to the user manual for your specific oven model. If you cannot locate your user manual, please search for a downloadable copy here. If the problem persists, please contact our Technical service team.
